When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Check-out is by 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Early check-in requires confirmation from the management team.
Where do I collect the keys?
Collect your arrival packet at the management office before going to the condo. The pickup lobby is open 24 hours a day for arrivals after 4:00 PM Mountain Time. See Arrival & parking for the pickup address, maps and steps. Your private arrival message contains the lockbox code.
Is parking included?
Two parking spaces are included in the common area outside Lakeside. Display the parking pass from your arrival packet on your dashboard.
Which pool keycard should I take?
Use the card in your arrival packet for Keystone Lodge & Spa. The East Lake Poolhouse card is on the key hook in the condo. Check posted hours when you arrive. Children need adult supervision.
How many guests can stay?
The condo sleeps up to seven guests. It has one bedroom with a king bed, plus a Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, and roll away twin bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No smoking. Guest pets are not permitted by the condo association. The primary renter must be at least 21.
How do I get to the slopes?
The free resort shuttle stops at Keystone Lodge & Spa and serves Mountain House Base and River Run.
Where are the Wi-Fi details?
Wi-Fi and access information are provided in your private guest messages.
