Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in, keys, parking, pools, and sleeping arrangements.

Check-in, keys, and getting inside

Check-in is from 4:30 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Your keys are not at the condo. Before you go to the building, you collect an Arrival Packet from our management office in Keystone. We're telling you this before you book, not after, because it adds a stop to your arrival and it's worth planning around.

The packet contains the keycards for the condo and your parking pass. Packets are available any time after 4:30 PM, and the lobby where they're kept is accessible 24 hours a day — so a late arrival is fine, and you don't need to meet anyone in person. The office address and full pickup instructions are sent to you with your booking confirmation.

Early check-in is sometimes possible if the condo is ready. It isn't guaranteed, and during peak season it often isn't available — just ask and we'll tell you honestly.

Your exact unit number, the full address, and step-by-step directions come with your booking confirmation.

Parking

The condo comes with two parking spaces, free of charge, in the common area outside the Lakeside building.

You'll need to display the parking pass on your dashboard — it's in your Arrival Packet. Those common-area spaces are the only parking that's guaranteed, so bring the pass and put it somewhere visible.

Pools and hot tubs — there are two, and they work differently

This one trips people up, so it's worth reading before you arrive. You have access to two separate facilities, each with its own keycard, and the two keycards live in different places.

1. Keystone Lodge & Spa — pool and hot tub, about 100 feet from the front door of the building. The keycard for this one is in the Arrival Packet you collect from the management office.

2. East Lake Poolhouse — an indoor pool, roughly a five-minute walk away. The keycard for this one is already in the condo, on the key hook. The poolhouse also has free gas grills you're welcome to use.

So: heading to the Lodge & Spa, take the card from your arrival packet. Heading to East Lake, grab the card off the hook by the door. Don't set out with the wrong one.

Hours at both vary by season, so check when you arrive rather than assuming. Children must be supervised by an adult at both.

Gym and sauna

The gym and sauna are at the Keystone Lodge & Spa, on the same keycard from your Arrival Packet. Seasonal hours apply here too.

How many people can stay here?

The condo sleeps 7.

There is one bedroom and two full bathrooms. The primary renter must be at least 21. Children and infants are welcome. Please don't exceed 7 guests — it's a condition of our booking terms and of the building's rules.

Getting around the resort

The condo is a top-floor unit in the Lakeside building in Lakeside Village, steps from Keystone Lake and the village.

The resort's free shuttle picks up at the Keystone Lodge & Spa, about 100 feet from the front door, and runs to Mountain House Base and River Run. For most stays, the car stays parked.

The Keystone Conference Center is 0.3 miles away — about a four-minute walk.
